I had an incredibly comfortable and great stay at this hotel, with delicious food and friendly staff. However, I didn't encounter any issues during my stay.

The spacious rooms were meticulously cleaned every day, and the classic decor added to the overall dreamy ambiance. However, the surrounding traffic was chaotic, with Grab drivers refusing to venture up the main road due to its one-way system during certain hours.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, but it's located a bit far from Bandung city center, situated roughly halfway between Jakarta and Bandung. The hotel's excellent facilities and services made up for the distance, but I did find it a bit of a trek to get into town. Despite this, the hotel's overall quality and amenities made my stay enjoyable. The hotel's location, while not ideal, didn't detract from my experience.
