The spot’s great—just a short walk to the metro, and the bed was comfy. The single room was cheap and the price matched the quality. I got a security safe with a number code for the room, plus free water, soap, shower gel, and shampoo. On the downside, the room felt a bit worn; there were faint stains on the curtains and the cleaning didn’t reach the crevices, leaving grime behind. The bathroom had mold on the sink, and a towel had hair on it that wasn’t mine. The photos made the place look better than it did in person, and the walls were so thin that I could hear other guests coughing all the time.

Everything was excellent—location, room, hygiene, and especially the staff. Every compliment goes to the staff’s friendliness, effort, help, and understanding. The place is phenomenal, close to everything: metro, bus, restaurants, supermarket, shopping centre… a safe area. The room was tidied daily, with coffee, tea, and water provided, and a fridge in the room. Another special thanks to the employees.

The location was fine and the room was decent. The shower was poorly constructed, with water splashing straight onto the baseboard of the bathroom door.

All was good, clean, and the area was quiet. The staff were friendly. The fridge didn’t cool well.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always available. I could check in early and had luggage storage on the day of check‑out. The administrator upgraded my room for free when I arrived. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and complimentary bottled water each day. The hotel sits close to a metro line, only five stops from the historic city centre. The lighting and power sockets were conveniently placed, and there was plenty of furniture and storage space for all my belongings during my seven‑day stay. However, there was mold in the corners of the shower that looked easy to remove, but the staff didn’t clean it, leaving the shower area untidy. The furniture and wall coverings are not new, but they are in satisfactory condition. The street can be quite noisy, which is typical for Istanbul, and the sound insulation between rooms is rather poor, so guests arriving or leaving very early or very late may wake you up.
