“Comodidad y buena ubicación”
I was pleased with the hotel's location, cleanliness, and comfort of the room, as well as the reception staff's attention. However, I was disappointed to find that the TV was quite small and not a smart TV, and the hot water didn't work properly.
“Habitación buenas pero el servicio y atención muy malos”
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable, which was a definite plus. However, the administrative side of things was a disaster - I was initially told they didn't have any rooms available despite having a confirmed reservation, and then I had to wait a long time to sort things out.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with top-notch service and a great location that's both safe and comfortable. The breakfast option was incredibly comprehensive and delicious, with exceptional attention to detail from the staff. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience and would highly recommend it.
“Excelente”
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, but one of the highlights was undoubtedly the dining experience at the on-site restaurant. The food was truly exceptional, with each dish expertly prepared and presented. However, my room's cleanliness left a bit to be desired, with a few areas that could have used some extra attention from the housekeeping staff. Overall, the hotel's strengths and weaknesses made for an interesting and memorable stay.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the breakfast was incredibly delicious, the limited options on the menu were a bit disappointing. On the other hand, the hotel's online presence didn't quite match the reality - the photos and videos made it look much better than it actually was. Overall, I was left with a sense of what could have been.
