The staff were pleasant and attentive, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The continental breakfast was convenient. Yet the floors were filthy; I spilled something and it left a brown stain that a towel couldn’t lift. The coffee maker had been replaced since our last stay and turned out terrible—a gravity‑fed Nescafé machine, while other properties now have Starbucks units. The ice machine broke but was repaired the next day. I spoke with the manager, who acknowledged the cleaning problems and plans to address them. This is the first time we’ve seen these issues at this hotel, and I hope Wyndham resolves the coffee situation.
