Located in a peaceful area of Pamukkale, the 5-star Richmond Pamukkale Thermal hotel features a garden with pine trees, outdoor pool, and spa centre. The hotel is 3 km from Pamukkale Travertines, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The reception was excellent; the staff member named Sern was very helpful and upgraded my room. However, a girl at the restaurant didn’t have a name tag and only served those who tipped, meaning no tips meant no service.

The food was tasty with a good range of options, the pools were clean, and the rooms were roomy and comfy.

Proximity to the pamukkale terraces Thermal pools All inclusive breakfast/dinner and afternoon tea time Night time entertainment esp belly dancer. Lift was not working so it was hard to take bags up by stairs. Price of alcohol too expensive. A mix of English music at nightly entertainment would’ve been ideal
