Locanderia Roma

“Bardzo udany pobyt w świetnym apartamencie :)”

The apartment was very pretty and spacious, situated in a great spot. Breakfast was incredibly tasty, with fresh bread delivered daily and the fridge constantly restocked. Everything needed was available in a very convenient way—no need to leave the apartment. The owner was extraordinary—very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful in every situation. If you’re looking to rent an apartment in Rome, this is definitely the place; it’s hard to imagine a better spot.

The location is near the Colosseum, about a 10‑minute walk.

“Great overall experience :)”

The apartment’s location is fantastic—close to the metro, bus, and tram stops, and within walking distance of the Colosseum. A Carrefour Express is just a 4‑minute walk away, so it’s super convenient for picking up essentials. We really liked the welcoming gifts on our first day, including wine, sweets, and Coca‑Cola in the fridge. Andrea is an exceptionally helpful and kind host who communicated well throughout our stay. The apartments are cleaned daily, and the fridge is regularly restocked with food and drinks. Breakfast delivered by Andrea every morning around 8:00–8:30 AM was a nice touch! However, if you stay longer, it can get a bit repetitive since the breakfast selection stays basically the same each day. If you’re sensitive to noise, you might notice that sound insulation isn’t perfect and you can hear other guests at times. Still, given the location and service, I doubt you could find anything better at this price in the neighborhood—nearby hotels cost at least twice as much.

“Lovely quiet space”

The location is great; you can walk everywhere, especially the Colosseum and its surroundings, and it’s very quiet at night. I wish they’d mentioned that the larger room (one‑bed apartment) is in the basement, so it was quiet and dark; we would have chosen a smaller room if it offered more light and better views.

“tikrai niekas nesugadino atostogų nuotaikos”

Everything was very good, tidy, and had everything you need, even more. Coffee, tea, breakfast, cheese, bread, croissants… the host was very nice. The rooms were prepared and cooled, each with an air conditioner. The location was very good, everything was within arm’s reach. Everything was just fine 🤗🤗
