The location was excellent, and the staff were wonderful and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was superb—everything fresh and tasty. A special thanks to Mrs. Gamza for her kindness and attention to every guest, and to the young boy Samit for his service.

The staff were friendly, and the room was large, clean, with a comfy bed and a nice, roomy en‑suite. The rooftop restaurant offered great views. The air‑con seemed to be malfunctioning.

The hotel sits right in the city centre, the room is spacious with good beds and proper sound isolation, parking is included, and breakfast options are plentiful. The only issue was a broken toilet seat.
