The experience was just okay. Nothing special, but nothing bad either.

“Very happy and we will be back one day! Dont't expect and you won't be disappointed!”

I stayed there with my wife from 10th Aug – 14th Aug 2026 and, even though the hotel isn’t brand new, the décor, room condition and overall facilities far surpassed what we expected. It sits just off Penang road, making most of the local famous streets and spots easily reachable, and a Grab to places like Air Itam is both convenient and cheap. Everyone on staff was very friendly, and when my wife fell on the street and hurt herself, the support we received from the hotel staff was overwhelming. A big thank you to the front‑of‑house manager and all the staff for their kindness.

Thank you sooo much St.Giles wembley penang. I love the deco, cake and all they do setting to our room. They fulfill my request for my room and deco for our honeymoon. Overall, service is clean, staff friendly and helpfull, food got variety, choices everything is tiptop service and we had a good stay. We will keep booking again, love it!! Recommended to all for stay!!
