“Get past the front door and it's great.”
The location is excellent, just a few steps to the main street and city sights. The balcony is the highlight, with beautiful flowers and plants, and you can sit and look out over the city to the sea with an uninterrupted view. We stayed in the larger bedroom, which was a good size and had its own en‑suite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The landlady didn’t speak English but was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was plain but adequate; the balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy yogurt, croissant, and tea/coffee, which were available all day. The entrance to the flats looks shabby, with an old, small lift taking you up to the Armonia accommodation. Once past that front door, it’s completely different—clean, well maintained, and comfortable.
