Rooms feature flat-screen satellite TV, private bathrooms, simple wood furnishings, and cool tiled floors. Many overlook Piazza Italia. There is on‑site parking, the location is in the city centre, and the room is spacious. There is no air conditioning but there is a fan; the reception staff are not very present; the breakfast served at the bar below the hotel takes a long time and is not a buffet.

The spot is right in the center, but we couldn't use the parking even though the booking said it was available because the area was closed for a protest; the hotel didn't bother to email us or give any guidance, so we had to park far away and walk in. The room was on the first floor above the square, so we couldn't sleep past 1 am and nobody told us about that either, leaving us unsure if it would suit us. The breakfast, which was included, came with no information about what was offered and the staff were unhelpful.
