The hotel's location was a major plus - it was super close to the train station and the city center. I also appreciated the selection of board games available to borrow from the room, which was a nice touch. However, the room itself was a different story. It was basically just a bed, which made it feel cramped and difficult to move around. The lack of space to put my belongings was also a bit of a problem.

The hotel's location was a major plus - it was super easy to walk to the city center and main transportation hubs. The only good thing about my stay was the dehumidifier in the room, which was a lifesaver given the humidity. Unfortunately, the beautiful reception and lobby didn't quite match the state of the rooms, which were a bit of a letdown. The corridors and elevator were also sweltering without air conditioning, and my room was a mess - dirty and in need of a serious clean.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location was perfect, but we soon realized that our family of four was a bit cramped in the single room we booked. We thought the two double beds would be enough, but it turned out to be a tight squeeze. If you're traveling with a big family, it's best to book two rooms.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with everything you need within walking distance. However, the staff seemed a bit disorganized and not very attentive, which was a bit of a letdown. I had to wait a while to check in, and when I asked for directions to a nearby restaurant, the receptionist seemed unsure and had to call someone else to get the answer. Still, the convenience of the location made up for some of the service issues.

The hotel's location is a major plus - it's super central and easy to get around from. However, the communication between staff and guests could be a lot clearer. I had to ask multiple times for things like extra towels and a room change, and even then, it took a while to get sorted out. Still, the convenience of the location makes up for some of the hiccups.
