The hotel’s central position was excellent, with restaurants, shops, exchange offices and plenty of bars all within walking distance, yet we left very dissatisfied. Despite repeatedly asking for a space right in front of the hotel, we received no real assistance; although spots existed, we were turned away and had to park on a side street in a paid garage, shelling out 1,000 TL for just three hours. Because we stayed two nights, that cost added up. The breakfast was another low point: the selection was tiny and the quality poor. The bread came pre‑packaged, and several packs I took were already expired and even mouldy, tasting terrible. Offering mouldy or out‑of‑date bread at breakfast is completely unacceptable, so I wouldn’t set my expectations high for it.
