The place was clean, tidy and comfortable, though my room had no windows but still felt well ventilated, which was great for the price, especially with the Booking discount. The location on the main street is very good. The downside was that my economy room had no windows, and even though it was on the first floor, I couldn’t comfortably use the stairs because of my health and age.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great, the view is absolutely beautiful, and the food was really delicious. But honestly, the best thing about this hotel is the people who work there; everyone was extremely friendly, kind, welcoming, always smiling, and treated me very well. This is one of the biggest strengths of the hotel and something that really makes it stand out from many others. Special thanks to Saif, who wears glasses; he is honestly such a respectful, kind, and helpful person, and the way he treats guests is amazing. People like him make you feel comfortable and welcome, and they make the whole experience much better. The only thing I would mention is the Wi‑Fi. This isn’t really a complaint but more of a suggestion for improvement because the Wi‑Fi was quite weak sometimes, and it also made it difficult to use things like YouTube on the TV. I really hope they can improve this point because honestly if the Wi‑Fi gets better then everything would be perfect. Overall I had a really beautiful stay and I truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality of everyone working there and I would definitely be happy to stay here again.

استقبال جميع الموظفين بدءا من سيف واشرقت للمطبخ لعاملات التنظيف كلهم ودودين جدا ويحبوا المساعده. كميات الفطار كانت صغيره ادوات التنظيف كانت قليله ولكن لما طلبت ارسلوا لى فنفس الوقت ما طلبته

Supermysigt hotell med ett fint och bekvämt rum. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi åt även på restaurangen och maten var faktiskt riktigt god, särskilt den egyptiska maten. En väldigt trevlig vistelse!

The staff are very respectful, especially Saif and Ms. Ashraqat. I hope the management keeps these good people around. The hotel is clean, new, the air conditioning and internet are excellent, and the view of the pyramids is very beautiful.
