“Maintenance on this property is neglected and not recommended for anyone”

The rooms downstairs shared a bathroom. The kitchen was disgusting and smelled awful, as if someone with bad body odor was nearby; the pantry cupboards were very dirty and seemed uncleaned for ages. The electric kettle had no base, but it was provided after asking. An ironing table was downstairs, but no iron was available; they claimed one existed but never supplied it for the whole stay. The attached bathroom for the upstairs room also had a bad smell, and the toilet bowl made a bubbling noise that might have released a foul odor. Water leaked from the wash basin drain, soaking the bathroom floor. Toiletries were not provided except for toilet paper after requesting. The television was broken for the entire stay, and when I raised the issue, the staff pretended to call someone to fix it and never did. The caretaker played loud music downstairs, and I had to ask him to lower the volume. Parking was limited to one vehicle on the premises, and the road in front of the property was very narrow and unsafe for roadside parking. Overall, this property is unsuitable for a stay and should be removed.

The air‑conditioning worked perfectly, and there was a washing machine available for laundry. The kitchen was under‑equipped, but it was possible to prepare simple meals (peeling, cutting fruit, boiling tea, etc.). The kitchen was shared with other guests. There was no mosquito net over the bed. When I entered the room, mosquitoes were everywhere. We told the manager, and he immediately gave us some mosquito spray. The kitchen was under‑equipped (shared with others).

The staff were lovely and very welcoming, but the Google Maps info was outdated and finding the place was a bit hard at first, though it didn't ruin the stay.

The room was spacious and clean, the AC worked well and everything stayed tidy; because it’s a bit off the city, evenings are quiet. It was a pity that the hostess wasn’t visible, which caused issues when checking out and trying to leave on time.

We received a large, expensive family room that we didn’t actually need; the price was relatively high compared to other good places. The location is far from the sea and the center, making it inconvenient. The owner isn’t on site; there’s a guy who maintains the place but doesn’t speak English. We only communicated with the owner by phone, and she was nice. Still, it’s less convenient. The place is far from the sea and attractive spots in the city.
