“Much worse than expectations.”
The hotel is very old. The building, lobby, elevators, and systems are all outdated. Valet parking was extremely slow. Check‑in at reception was very slow. I had to photocopy my ID—yes, photocopies! There were no towels in the room. It’s noisy, the sound insulation is bad, and the avenue just outside is a busy traffic hub (periferico!) with old furniture.
“Caro”
It was one of the few options in the area, but the price compared to the facilities left a lot to be desired.
The first room that was assigned to me had bedbugs.
“Pésimo lugar”
The hotel was old, filthy, and infested with bedbugs, and the bed itself was also bug‑laden.
The building felt ancient and poorly maintained; the rooms were deep in the back, far away, and required climbing many flights of stairs with luggage, which was very untidy.
