The location was perfect for reaching Hartpury University and there was a great pub within easy walking distance of the house. The room I had was nice and big and the shower room was great. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Perhaps a better breakfast quality. I had fresh raspberries every morning which were delicious, but the croissants and bread were very basic

Great location for the college. The breakfast items were just what I needed and I enjoyed the raspberries! I like that they were in your room so you could have breakfast whenever suited you. Steep stairs - not an issue for me but might be for others so bare that in mind if booking the first floor room

The Beehive room was spacious and cozy, with a comfy bed and a system that delivered continental breakfast straight to the room. The location was quiet, and I appreciated the private entrance. The only tweak I’d suggest is adding a filter coffee machine to top off the breakfast.
