We were really pleased with our stay; the area is great, plenty of restaurants nearby, the city center and Atocha station are close for day trips, and the place was spotless. However, you’ll need earplugs to sleep because the walls are thin; if you check‑in after 20:00 you have to pay extra, which is reasonable.

The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was clean, but the bed was too soft for my taste.

Cleanliness and location were good, but the beds were in terrible condition—room 2 was almost falling apart.

The place is in a perfect spot! In the heart of the city, I walked everywhere. The apartment was super clean and very, very quiet, and even though the check‑out was at 11 am (which is already pretty good), I was able to leave my luggage until my train time. Highly recommend 😃. The mattress in my room (4) was a bit soft for me, as I prefer firmer mattresses (but that’s just my preference).

Great value for money! Very convenient location, with a metro station nearby and a supermarket just across the street. The shared kitchen and two bathrooms were also very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay! No complaints.
