The staff were extremely friendly and did everything possible to meet our wishes; we booked a triple room but received a double with an extra bed, which was cramped and made movement difficult, but within 5 minutes a solution was found and our 17‑year‑old child could move to the adjacent room; our rooms were lovingly cleaned daily; the kitchen was excellent, every dish we ordered was delicious; we traveled with a dog, which was always welcome and could accompany us everywhere in the hotel; we are grateful for the wonderful time; the location is very good, central between the city center and the beach; we could always find a parking spot before or after the hotel; there was a grill evening show, we were warmly invited and asked if we wanted a table reserved; the show with karaoke lasted until 23:30; the noise level was not a problem in the rooms. The room furnishings are somewhat outdated; a renovation would make it a 10/10, but the staff compensate for a lot, and the guest experience is definitely top priority.

“Class 2 weeks ever”

The staff, food, pool, and everyone were so friendly that we will definitely return; we all loved it! Nothing major, maybe just a few people coming in from a night out banging doors and talking a bit loud.

“Love every thing about stay”

The staff were great and the entertainment was excellent; the lunch menu was good and the rooms were clean. The only issue was the internet in the room, which wasn’t very good.

The food wasn’t great, and the style of the hotel was a drawback.
