The elevator was comfortable, the beds were good, and the room was clean when we arrived. It’s close to good food spots and Walmart. However, the cleaning schedule was a problem: after staying 5 nights, the housekeeper never did a clean even though the description said a clean would be done after 4 days. We tried to hand our towels to reception for a “trade,” but no new towels were provided. Trash wasn’t taken out from the rooms, and piles of rubbish accumulated at reception. The outside bins were full when we arrived and still full when we left this morning. The ice machine was broken.

The kitchenette was great, the evening staff member was upbeat and helpful, and housekeeping was very accommodating; reservations were easy, yet parking felt cramped for my large truck, the morning office person was a bit snappy, the pool and its bathroom needed a thorough clean, and I wish the vending machines accepted cash.
