The balcony doors were leaky. Between the doors there was a one‑centimeter gap that let in outside noise, and outside the window was a busy traffic route, so it was hard to fall asleep inside.

A man at the reception gave us our key. He was super friendly. There was a lot of noise, and it felt like a party.
