The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast area was nice. However, the hotel’s location was not great—it sits in a hollow overlooking an old quarry, and by late afternoon there was no sun. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and because the building is on a cliff, my mobile signal was also dead. The hotel restaurant was already closed, and that wasn’t clear from the reservation.
