Arriving through Waze, the sign read “Pé de Peixe” instead of the expected “Pé da Serra.” The place was dark, no one answered the door, and the phone number they gave was dead. We left right away and are still waiting for a refund of R$1,040 for two nights. First bad experience with the booking site in 15 years.
