The location near Angeles City was convenient. However, there were no pillowcase covers, even though the staff promised they would arrive on the day of our reservation. We checked in late and still had no covers, so we slept without pillows, which was very uncomfortable. On top of that, rags left in the hallway smelled unpleasant, making the experience very disappointing.

“Overall they just need to maintain the rooms about cleanliness, but the stay is very relaxing.”

I liked that the hotel is very elegant and new, but the rooms were not properly cleaned and the sheets had stains. Overall, the stay was comfortable. We were supposed to check in at 7 pm because we had a late check‑in due to work, but we didn’t get checked in until 9 pm; however, they extended our checkout. When we entered the room, there were no towels and it was slightly unclean, but we were tired so we let it slide.

Some staff members were very helpful and accommodating, especially when we left a few items behind after checking out; the security guards delivered excellent customer service, and the receptionists maintained a professional demeanor. My main worry was that the housekeeping staff weren’t given gloves when collecting trash, and I was surprised to see that clients were charged extra if sheets were stained; there was also a musky odor as soon as I entered the lobby.
