The family room was clean enough and comfortable.

Check‑in and check‑out were straightforward. The bed was comfy and the room felt secure for my stuff. The staff were friendly, and the balcony was a nice touch. It was good value – we only paid $30 for the night. We asked for two single beds but got a double instead. The bathroom felt unclean and the area seemed a bit sketchy, even though it’s close to Adisutjipto airport.

The atmosphere was comfortable and the facilities were adequate. The room itself seemed unused for a long time – the windows rarely opened, so the fabric furniture was dusty. Some bathroom fixtures were loose.

I liked the surroundings; the villa was cool because of all the trees. On a good day you can see the mountains from the villa. The staff were numerous, friendly, and very helpful. The lower‑floor rooms each had a rear terrace, which was super useful. The location isn’t on a main road, but the main road is nearby and still reachable on foot.
