Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff are adorable, the room is spacious and clean. Hot water, a coffee shop downstairs, and restaurants. It was a shock to learn the breakfast was no longer included and to be informed a few days before a change that had been in place for months. The sheets were torn.

I was disappointed by the lack of breakfast, even though it was advertised, and the room smelled awful. The bathroom was filthy, the air‑conditioning was terrible, and the noise from the busy road was constant. The staff seemed disinterested, slumped on a sofa, and overall I would not recommend this place.

Оценивать нечего. Нас не заселили. Не нашли нашей брони. Хозяин ответил только через 1 час, сославшись на технические неполадки

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The room was large, clean, and spacious, but the staff gave conflicting advice about activities, though they were all very helpful.
