I arrived with a reservation, but the management claimed I had none. I called to sort it out, and it took almost an hour. They marked me a “No Show” even though I arrived within 15 minutes of booking. I’ll never stay at any Red Roof again.

The mattress was good for sleeping. We asked the front desk for extra time at night after checking in late, but in the morning when someone knocked saying we were still there, they tried to force the door open and I screamed—unacceptable. They called from the front desk, but the staff didn’t leave a note for late checkout. They can’t just barge in like that.

The air conditioning was perfect and the beds were comfortable, though the bedding had a slight musty smell.

The grounds, lobby, and rooms were very clean, and we appreciated how the cleaning staff went beyond the rooms to tidy stairs and walkways. The only issue was that the signs pointing to the lobby were unclear; we had to circle the building to find it because the sign was misleading. Other than that, no complaints.
