The flat was right on the doorstep of the ski runs and only about a 25‑minute drive to the glacier, which is a lifesaver if you don’t have a 4×4. Inside it was spotless, fully stocked and decorated in a charming Alpine style, with super comfy beds and plenty of space. The owners were friendly, and the building offered a kids’ playroom, billiards, a foosball table, plus a handy shoe‑and‑ski dryer; laundry cost €5 per load and you could even buy fresh milk and eggs on site.
The house is set in a gorgeous location, clean and roomy, and just a short walk from the ski slopes. Everything felt well‑maintained and ready for a comfortable stay.

About ten minutes from the Leogang ski lift, this spot feels like a cozy slice of the mountains with its traditional décor and quiet atmosphere. The owners are incredibly welcoming, the apartments are spacious and well‑equipped, and the shared lounge has a billiard table and toys for kids. We also loved the daily greetings from the gentle cats and the friendly dog that live on the property. I’m already planning my next visit.
The host was pleasant, and even though the place sits a little off the main road it’s quiet and peaceful. We skied at Leogang, which was only a few minutes away by car, making it a convenient base. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed stay.
