The team was very nice, we received a room upgrade, and the room was great with plenty of space and a balcony.

Booking was straightforward, and anyone could be reached for questions at any time, plus the location is central; however, one mattress was sagging and the other was too hard.

I have to say that I was consistently impressed by the hotel's prompt service, no matter what time of day I arrived, which was a lovely touch. However, my overall experience was somewhat undermined by the fact that I didn't particularly enjoy anything about the hotel, which was a bit of a letdown.
