The location is simply amazing, the resort feels very manageable and well kept even though it could use some renovation. The food is good, and you can choose to dine à la carte or buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Booking through the app is very convenient. The beach is beautiful and gets cleaned of seaweed daily. However, the cups at the beach bar have a “pre‑drink” smell; you don’t notice it with cocktails, but it shows up with water. The pool water level keeps dropping and isn’t refilled regularly, and you can see sunscreen on the surface. More umbrellas would help, especially since we were there at the end of September and the sun was relentless.

“NON VEDO L'ORA DI TORNARE”

The room was large and spacious, we were a group of three and had no trouble managing the space. The room opened directly onto the pool and we were surprised to find a bar right inside the pool. The staff’s kindness was truly unique and amazing. Thank you, Mario, for the dinner at the Italian restaurant! I recommend this place for the quality of its services, and the Wi‑Fi works everywhere. The only downside is that it’s not a smoking hotel; the only smoking area is outside the entrance in the parking lot.

“Horrible customer service”

The experience was horrible; my family and I will never go back to Margaritaville again. It needs new management. One server and one bartender were the only staff we interacted with.
