“Prijeten hotel, odlična lokacija, prijazen sprejem”
The location is great—right in the city center, just a few steps from the bus station that heads to every corner of the region, making it an excellent base for exploring Prekmurje. The train station is only a short walk away. If you’re driving, there’s a parking lot in front of the hotel. The atmosphere feels cozy and home‑like. The self‑serve breakfast isn’t a grand display, but it offers a nice selection of fruit, vegetables, sweet and savory spreads, delicacies, and fresh bread. The coffee is good, and the owner is attentive and caring. The hotel is partially being renovated (summer 2026), but the rooms currently available are comfortable, clean, and welcoming. For guests with mobility issues (or who are exhausted after a full day of exploring Prekmurje), there’s an elevator. Because I’m always fascinated by local history, I especially appreciated the photo exhibition on the ground floor—pictures of the old streets and modern Sobota give a different perspective on Murska Sobota, opening a window into its past. The only downside is that the hotel is still under renovation; it may feel a bit rough around the edges for now.
