The hotel was superb and the service was elegant.
The room was great, but the service left something to be desired.

The hotel is situated in a neighborhood with plenty of shopping options, and buses and taxis stop nearby; it was very inexpensive. It’s about 2.6 km from Elhramm on foot. The large toilet window has no curtain, so I felt watched every time I showered or sat on the toilet, which was truly uncomfortable, but the staff said the glass has a privacy film on the inside. All fixtures need replacement, including the shower head and hand shower. There is no shuttle bus, but a cheap ride can get you to Elhrram. One staff member did not keep his promise: when I checked in I was very thirsty, asked for a water bottle, he promised to bring it to my room but it never happened. It’s a small thing, but it’s about principle. I had a long journey behind me and didn’t know the area. The hotel is recommended despite minor shortcomings and necessary repairs.
