I was initially disappointed when I discovered that my booking for two separate rooms with two beds each had been incorrectly fulfilled with a single bed in a pet-friendly room. Sharing a bed with my coworkers was not ideal, and I had to make do with the situation. Despite this, the hotel's staff were friendly and tried to make the best of the situation.
