“Atemberaubende Lage und ein herzliches Team! Erholung pur!”

We’re back for the third time and, just like before, we felt very welcome. The vibe is cozy, warm and relaxed, and the staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. Every visit introduces us to new, nice people. I especially love how pet‑friendly the place is—dogs are warmly received and even allowed to join us at meals, something that’s rare in other hotels. We truly appreciate your house, its concept, and the entire team!

“Im Großen und Ganzen ein schönes Hotel, mit um Ecken und Kanten…”

The Tatzelwurm is a nice hotel with a great area, good food, and a decent breakfast. However, the wellness area is currently a huge construction site, and the price‑value ratio doesn’t match at all. If you’re only coming for the spa, I’d advise against it right now. A sauna session after a hike barely works, and only when it’s not too busy. We were a bit disappointed! Also, we found the restaurant food to be too pricey.

The sports equipment and the space are great. Unfortunately, there’s no kettle or fridge in the room, some curtains are missing, and because the gym is right next to us, light bleeds through the windows.

“Lage top, Leistung mangelhaft!”

The house’s amenities are very comfortable, sophisticated, and stylish! The restaurant staff were somewhat friendly but not truly. The prices for the restaurant services are overpriced. The food quality was below average, likely not freshly prepared but rather convenience products. A pity, it doesn’t meet a 4‑star standard.
