“Fair.”
The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean; some staff were helpful while others were not so much. The overall vibe was very dull with no atmosphere, just a standard hotel you could find anywhere.

The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was exceptional—definitely the highlight of our stay in Turkey and a great value. However, the shampoo and shower gel in the shower were empty.

The location was excellent, and the hotel was very close to the Rumi Tomb.

The location was excellent—just an 8‑minute walk to the city center and the Mevlana Museum, with shops, cafés, and restaurants all nearby. Breakfast was excellent, featuring a wide selection of items, including whole honeycomb, and the hotel also offered convenient valet parking. Our family stayed at Ramada Encore – Karatay for one night in July 2026. Except for the good breakfast and overall cleanliness, our experience was quite negative. We arrived at 9:00 PM, exhausted after a long drive. After waiting 30 minutes for the keys, we discovered that two of the four booked rooms had the wrong bed layout and a terrible smell of smoke. We couldn’t stay there, so I requested non‑smoking rooms. One staff member walked me between floors, showing different rooms to pick from. Some still smelled bad, but eventually we found two acceptable rooms, though their beds still had a subtle smoke odor. Overall, the check‑in process took a full hour. The rooms were clean and spacious, but they had an over‑engineered energy‑saving system that caused the lights to turn off even when the key card was inserted. The hotel has good potential, but the management and non‑smoking policy enforcement need serious improvement.
