“Désagréable”
The room was too small—no space for breakfast or for the shower, and no towel change. The tourist tax was paid in advance and then requested again, either 11 euros or 60, twice. The room was icy and cramped.

הצוות חמוד מאוד ועוזר בכל דבר ומיקום פצצה. חדר קטן, אין מקום לפתוח את המזוודות הנוף מהחדר מאכזב

The concierge staff were incredibly helpful and lovely people. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken :-(

The hotel fit the European boutique vibe perfectly. Front‑desk staff were very friendly, offering to arrange a wake‑up call and a taxi for my departure day while chatting. My daughter and I slept in a twin‑bed room with comfy beds and clean linens. The room was cleaned daily and towels were replenished. The air conditioning was the best I’ve had in Europe. The elevator was handy since we were on the top floor. The location was great and within walking distance of metro stops, restaurants, and shops. We didn’t try breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. In short, I’d stay again. No frills, just what we needed. The only downside was that the shower was like other European hotels—no curtain or half‑wall to stop spray, but it was manageable.
