“Peaceful”

The property was clean and in a beautiful spot, and I’d come back, but the manager disappeared for a few days so no one was there to help us when we arrived, which worried me because we’re from interstate; eventually a lovely girl who works there came out, called her boss, and helped me locate a key, and I wanted to call someone for more pillows for our second night because the pillow situation wasn’t great but no staff could be found; however, it was peaceful so I have no regrets.

“Did not receive my refund until prompted a few days later”

We paid for the room, but when we got there at around 5 pm on a Sunday, nobody was around. I rang and got a voicemail saying they were short‑staffed and couldn’t honor the booking. My friend and I had to scramble for a place at 5:30 pm. The location was also a bit out of town, which made the whole experience a hassle.
