Breakfast was adequate and as expected. My room had a musty smell with mold on the bathroom ceiling and tub drain. A hole in the bathroom wall had been patched behind the door but the patch wasn’t finished or painted. The biggest issue was the non‑functioning fan: the single switch turned on the light but the ceiling fan never activated, leaving the bathroom and room steamy. Additionally, the room rate had jumped dramatically from what was shown on Trivago and then booked; when I asked the desk about the rate, they brushed it off as a third‑party issue and offered no local solution or option to cancel the extended stay.

“Overall, staff was nice and polite. They were clean rooms. The breakfast wasn’t good and overall, I enjoyed myself.”

Parking right by the hotel was convenient, and I was able to park close to my room near the indoor swimming pool and breakfast area. The exercise machines weren’t working, and I felt unsafe when I found broken electronics where I’d normally stick my door key on certain doors.

“Not as clean as we like our rooms.”

The hotel was close to the highway, convenient, and near restaurants. It wasn’t clean: furniture was stained, curtains were cut and not hemmed, and the carpet was stained. We had to switch rooms because the first one wasn’t clean; the second room was a little better, but they need to upgrade the rooms.

The staff were amazing and very helpful with any requests. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast varied each day. They were also pet friendly, which mattered because my service dog stayed with us. Nothing negative.
