“Economical choice for Rechavia”

Good location for Rechavia and King George st. Clean, comfortable bed. Easy check-in, responsive owners (during weekdays - not sure about Shabbat). Good breakfast choices - fresh bread, cheeses and other spreads, plus scrambled and hard-boiled eggs. It is a bit shabby. Shower head and toilet flushing mechanism need replacement. The front door locking mechanism was not working so essentially unsecure. The coffee in the breakfast room was not great - I dislike having coffee/tea in paper cups

החדר שאליו הגעתי בלילה לפי ההוראות היה תפוס על ידי אורח אחר - מה שנקרא דבל-בוקינג! בסוף בהעדר בנאדם במקום או בטלפון שיכול היה לעזור פלשתי לחדר שהיה פתוח ובבוקר כשהגיע עובד הקבלה הוא טען שאני לא רשום! וזה אחרי תאום גם בטלפון וגם בווטסאפ

“Good loaction, helpful staff, but mediocre in terms of comfort and cleanliness”

Location and the resposnes of the personel were great. The room was not satisfactory clearn - there walls were stained 9in particular under the desk. The desk was too narrow to allow working on The bed blanket was too thin and not warm enough

Rien. En ouvrant la porte de la chambre un énorme cafard a foncé sur nous La porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas elle s'ouvre alors qu'on est dans la douche Et on a eu la chance d'être attaqué par une femme qui n'est pas cliente qui nous a insulter et voulu nous frapper on a appeler le responsable l'hôtel et la police Pour au final qu'on nous dise elle vient parfois se poser dans le lobby (qui n'en est pas un ou il n'y a aucun personnel ) et que si ça nous convient pas on n'a qu'à partir

Breakfast, Moti's reception, other guests, fairly quiet room, accessibility, advice from front desk and ordering cabs stc. Fairly central location away from the bustle of main and busy streets. Front desk staff when available were helpful. No room telephone to reach resk for information, front desk staff available on occasion only, Puddle on floor likely from refrigerator which I did not use, when I made a reservation the site was adamant that there would only be a charge after I arrived. It turns out it was charged immediately suggesting a lack of trust and caused my family some consternation. The site therefore cannot be trusted and breeches its trust. I am unsure whether this error was at the Israeli side or Amsterdam, either way it caused a breech of trust. Either way, this transcation needs to live up to its avowed means of communication and trust
