Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were friendly and the food was excellent, and they even offered to switch me to a ground‑floor room when I was having trouble with the stairs. The only hiccup was that the room lock was a bit difficult to operate.

The host was fantastic and the staff were wonderful; nothing felt like a hassle and they were incredibly kind, making us feel warmly welcomed. The breakfast, described as exceptional in reviews, truly lived up to that claim and was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had, with a home‑cooked feel. I’m so happy I’ll be back soon—fabulous host!

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they were very considerate of my son during breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and generous portions 😁. It’s a great hotel in a convenient location for visiting the zoo, sandcastle, etc., and I look forward to returning.

Room - clean and tidy, the bathroom appeared brand new. Room - chair was dirty. Bed was comfortable, but sagging in the middle. Breakfast - although paid for, not available before 8.30 - A bit of a problem as travelling for work. Packed lunch was provided instead. Limited on site parking, which you need to give your keys for (????)
