“Spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located”

The room was very spacious, and the lounge area was a comfy spot to unwind after a long day; having laundry facilities proved handy, the spot was convenient for getting around Taipei, and the neighborhood had many restaurants to stroll to, plus easy airport access was a big plus. The downside was the laundry room shutting down at 11 PM, even though our clothes were still in the dryer, and the machines were automatically stopped, so our clothes never fully dried; a later closing time would have helped. The beds were quite hard, which caused some back pain—unusual for me, likely due to the mattress. The area is central, but there are several homeless people around; some approached us while walking, which felt a bit uncomfortable, especially at night.

“Bad crisis management”

The location was great, but we had a room that was leaking from the toilet ceiling. The hotel was full with no other rooms available, so we were given a separate room that isn’t part of the hotel; the staff said it’s a room meant for a BnB.
