Hannes & Nicole are great hosts, unobtrusive yet always ready to help. The apartment is high‑quality renovated. The view from the comfortable bed and the large balcony is spectacular. We enjoyed the 12 days. Walking to Bozen city centre / Walterplatz takes only about 1.5 km. The ascent on the return is very sporty and might not suit everyone, but in return you get panoramic views and quiet.

The view, the beauty of the apartment, the comfort, the information provided, the air‑conditioning, and the staff’s welcome were all excellent. The only downside was that you need a car to get up there 😅.
