Your guest service person Moo was excellent. He went the extra mile for us when we asked at very last moment to reserve restaurants. Overall excellent service from the day we arrived. The guy who took care of our room also deserves mention. Nothing else.

rom the moment we arrived, we were greeted with amazing customer service. We were offered a seat, a drink and a cool towel to freshen up after our journey. Guest Services also came over to introduce themselves and gave us a direct WhatsApp number for any questions or issues during our stay. Mohamed, you were absolutely amazing and hats off to you! Every question we had was answered quickly and professionally, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Genuinely one of the best customer services I’ve experienced in any hotel in Egypt, hands down! We were then taken to our room, which was clean, airy and absolutely amazing. We had a swim-up room and it was more than we could have asked for. Such a lovely space and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Our housekeeper was also top notch! There was never any hassle getting the drinks we wanted in our mini fridge, which was restocked daily, and the room was always cleaned properly with fresh towels whenever we needed them. Even after cleaning our room, he would come back and double-check that everything was perfect before finishing his shift. That extra attention to detail really stood out. The à la carte restaurants were all amazing as well! I would highly recommend Manohar and Yades for evening meals…. definitely our favourites! The service at Yades in particular was impeccable, whether we visited for breakfast, lunch or dinner. What really makes this hotel though is the staff. The attention and care from everyone was beyond what we expected. Everyone was friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests were having a great stay. The grounds were always immaculate and everywhere was kept incredibly clean. Whenever we needed anything, there was always someone happy to help. This is a fantastic hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, and we will definitely be back! To the management…. keep doing what you’re doing, because you’ve created an incredibly strong team. Tout était parfait! Personnel très gentil et très à l’écoute. Nous n’avons jamais manqué de quelque chose. Nous étions deux filles de 23 ans et nous n’avons eu aucun souci. La nourriture dans les restaurants a la carte était très bonne et le petit déjeuner était super aussi, il y en avait pour tout les goûts. Les chambres sont très propres et les espaces communs également. Très satisfaite par la semaine passée ici, je recommande!
