The room was really good and well maintained by the cleaning staff every day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

It was a great place and we were upgraded to Club. The facilities were excellent and we had a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The check‑in was so delayed that the room we booked wasn’t ready until 6 pm. However, we were told we were upgraded, so guest relations were kind, understanding, and thoughtful.

The Ritz is the name and guarantee of hospitality. From the welcome to the room service, everything is impeccable. The staff from the club to the pool and spa attendants are very kind, and Miss Rohanna, the Club manager in particular, made our stay unforgettable. Nothing.
