The host was nice and flexible, and there was safe parking in the yard. The apartment was well equipped and a cozy resting spot in the garden was provided. Downtown is just a 5‑minute walk away. If I need to work in Sremska Mitrovica again, I would likely choose this accommodation again.

There is a parking spot, a kitchen with everything needed, comfortable beds, a lounge area with a sofa, table, TV, board games, chess, and cards. The evening is a bit noisier because it’s on the road, but there’s air conditioning in the room if it gets hot.

Good location, a kitchen with a coffee machine, the owner is reachable, they provided residence documents, and there’s a private courtyard. The internet is weak; calls through messengers didn’t go through, buying tickets online is hard, and pages load very slowly.
