Just on the edge of town and quiet, the updated rooms were very clean with a large grab bar in the shower, an electric fireplace, and a huge TV. The wood blinds on the windows were nice but didn’t do a great job keeping out the night.

Proximity to wedding. We stayed in the Big Lodge and it was a small house. Kitchen and dining upstairs with a trundle bed. Two bedrooms and 1 bath and laundry downstairs. There was an AC unit upstairs that did a pretty good job. During the day we had a lot of activity getting ready for a wedding and it was a touch warm downstairs. But not too bad. And it was an exceptionally hot day in July—above average

We loved our stay! The covered BBQ area was big enough for the family and had tables and BBQs available if needed. We also used the indoor activity room, playing pool and air hockey with the kids. We will be staying here again!

We’ve been staying here since it opened. It’s clean and very comfortable, and the room is nice. The mosquitoes are just horrific; you can’t even open the door to your room. There are lots of bug marks on the ceiling and walls from guests trying to kill them. Bring insect repellent. :(
