The rooms were spacious, and this was our third visit; we appreciated the laundry facilities and the rooftop. We had to ask for sheets for the pull‑out couch—this has happened before, and we booked for three guests, so we needed the couch.

The location was amazing, the bed was soft and fantastic, and the staff—especially the doorman and receptionists—were kind and courteous; all our requests were fulfilled. There was nothing wrong with the property at all.

The room was large and the location was great, close to the 9/11 memorial. I loved the laundry and the comfortable bed. The room needs a bit of basic maintenance.
