They practice an environmentally friendly approach, and I’m impressed with the sophisticated facilities; I love the bath and the shampoo and am keen to purchase them, though a breakfast in the hotel itself could be proposed; the surrounding area has some nice eateries, and perhaps more creamer in the coffee place would help.

The room was spotless and cozy, and I slept soundly. The toilet was clean and the water pressure was strong 👍 Parking was straightforward, which I appreciated. A Coway water dispenser near the lift made it easy to grab water. The receptionist was warm and helpful, and I even received a room upgrade at check‑in, a pleasant surprise! 😄 All in all, a comfy stay with everything in order, and I’d stay again if I’m back in Penang.

FU Hotel’s location is excellent, right next to many restaurants. The facilities and staff are very good, and the room is clean and modern.
