The location was fine, but the overall service was very poor. The room was only moderately clean, and there was no bath rug; one of the bath towels was dirty, lying on the floor covered in dust.

The location was great, but the room and closet were too small. A better coffee machine in the room would improve the stay.

The stay was amazing! The staff were great, the room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. It was central to everything we wanted to do, as well as the subway. The staff were great at helping us with a late checkout.
