I had no problems during my stay; the room is very comfortable, the hotel is well‑located, and it has good facilities. I stayed at Hotel Royal Atlântica in Macaé, and since check‑out I’ve been trying to obtain the invoice for my stay, but the hotel has simply ignored all my requests. I sent numerous emails to various departments and made many phone calls, yet I still haven’t received the invoice. This is very frustrating and I am quite disappointed. I’ve stayed at several hotels in this chain before and never had this problem.

The local breakfast café was great, but the bathroom had an unpleasant odor and the street noise disturbed room 811.

The location and breakfast were good. I had to wait a long time to receive the service invoice even after requesting and insisting several times that it be sent by email; I had to call multiple times, even to finance, to get the note.
