The room was big, but the key system with codes and storage slots was a bit complicated, and the owner wasn’t there at arrival yet did reply to WhatsApp messages. The pillows were very soft and flat, two used ones that were still uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for catching local transport, but no bathroom was available when we arrived; we were only greeted by the cleaner.

I highly recommend this place. During my next stay in Olbia I’ll definitely choose it again. It’s quiet, peaceful, with a fantastic terrace view, close to the center and a big market nearby. The staff were very good, quick and direct. Thank you very much and best regards, Maria.

The room was clean and comfortable, and walking to Olbia town was easy. We never met any staff, but they were very helpful arranging airport transport for us, which we appreciated a lot.

The accommodation is very beautiful (new) with a large terrace overlooking the port and close to the city centre. The doors are noisy when opening and closing, and the sound insulation is poor.
